Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by RIDE INDIA RIDE: There may be certain orders that RIDE INDIA RIDE is unable to accept and must cancel. RIDE INDIA RIDE reserves the right, at RIDE INDIA RIDE’S sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by RIDE INDIA RIDE . RIDE INDIA RIDE may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. RIDE INDIA RIDE will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your order has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or RIDE INDIA RIDE.

2. Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, RIDE INDIA RIDE reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if RIDE INDIA RIDE receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by RIDE INDIA RIDE, RIDE INDIA RIDE shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time 150₹ or 4% payment gateway charges will be deducted of order total amount. RIDE INDIA RIDE will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. RIDE INDIA RIDE has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by RIDE INDIA RIDE and accept RIDE INDIA RIDE’s decision regarding the cancellation. 

3. Cancellation After Shipping or on Delivery: If a customer decides to cancel an order after it has been shipped or is on the verge of delivery, the following charges will be deducted from the refund:

  • Forward Shipping Cost: The cost incurred for delivering the product from our warehouse to the customer’s location will be deducted.

  • Reverse Shipping Cost: The cost incurred for returning the product from the customer’s location to our warehouse will also be deducted.

  • Payment Gateway Charges: Any payment gateway charges associated with the original transaction will not be refunded.

  • Packing Fees: Any packing or handling fees associated with the order will not be refunded.

Please note that these deductions will be made to cover the expenses incurred in the shipping and handling process. We recommend customers to make cancellation requests before their orders are shipped to avoid these additional charges.

This addition to your policy ensures transparency and clarity regarding the charges customers may incur if they cancel orders after shipping or on delivery.

4. RIDE INDIA RIDE reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by RIDE INDIA RIDE as per certain criteria. Any Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
  2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
  3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
  4. Invalid address given in order details
  5. Any malpractice used to place the order

Cancellation procedure:

  • In case if you wish to cancel after you have placed an order on our website, please do so immediately. 
  • However, once the order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order. An order can be communicated to the warehouse for processing in as little as under half an hour, so act immediately. We reserve the complete right to decide whether the order is processed or not. 
  • There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “sale”. A sale being any promotional sales that have offers or/and discounts.
  • In case you receive faulty/damaged products, please inform our customer service immediately. They will assist you on how to return and will initiate the refund/replace after checking and verifying your claim.
