• The order will be dispatched within 24 to 48Hrs. During Festival season, Public occasions, and Sale time there will be a slight postponement in delivery.
• We have partnered with the Most Popular courier partners to transport the items to you. Door to door delivery of products will depend on the service area of the courier partner. 
• Tracking details are updated after the order has been shipped. Tracking details will be sent via. Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable area. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.
  
• The delivery of the product depends on the delivery capacity of our third party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays from their side.
  
• All our products are shipped at 12.30 PM every day. All orders after this time will be shipped on the next day.
  
• Sunday is courier holiday so no pickup is done by courier partner. Order will be shipped the next day (Monday).

• [Ride India Ride] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
